We were very satisfied with its very attentive and solution-oriented approach from the booking stage to the end of our stay. It is a host that we consider as a priority for our future stays.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. A really great vacation that was really fun. Thank you very much for that

He was an extremely helpful host, when we arrived at the house, they met us at the door with his wife. The interior of the house was clean and as we saw in the photos. The hosts were knowledgeable about places to visit and eat in the area and gave us advice. The location of the house is very nice, quiet and located in a quiet neighborhood. For this reason, we recommend it to anyone who wants to keep the house.

Stefano is a super nice and very helpful host. We truly enjoyed staying at his lovely cosy place which has the greatest sea view. I strongly recommend his place and looking forward to visit Chios and stay at Stefanos' place again.

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

The house was as it appeared in the photos and had a great location. The beach was lovely; just a few stones as you enter the sea, then you enjoy the soft sand. Having mosquito nets on all the windows allowed us to protect ourselves from mosquitoes. The layout of the house was quite functional and there were enough towels. Ms. Ayla was extremely caring and welcomed all our requests. The house was clean in general, but it made it a little hard to find a no-alcoholic place in the surrounding area. There was air conditioning in only one bedroom, but the fans were enough when we went. Night walks on the beach were not safe, as wild pigs descended at night. A car is a must because there is no place to reach on foot, but there were minibuses to Çeşme. Overall, a home and environment we can choose again; we are satisfied.

We spent 12 days in Dimitri's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is conveniently located close to the harbor and city center. It is bright, cozy and tastefully furnished, very functional with a well-equipped kitchen that is a pleasure to cook in. The large balcony invites you to linger. The communication with Dimitri was very pleasant and helpful – a real superhost!

It was a comfortable and clean place. We loved it.

it was a very nice place to stay. here is the island of Chios, a terrace with a great view of nature and the sea.... Everything was thought out, I felt at home. The only flaw is that the roads are very broken.

First of all, the host was very interested and there was a quick solution for each of our problems. The items in the house were quite sufficient and beautiful. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes away from the car. I would recommend both the location and the house🙏

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cindy and Yiannis' place! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and insightful recommendations truly enhanced our vacation experience. During our stay, we had a perfect balance of work and leisure. We spent two productive days working comfortably, thanks to the cozy setup they provided. The remaining two days were dedicated to exploring the stunning surroundings, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The sea view from their place is absolutely breathtaking, and having the beach just a stone's throw away was a dream come true. We would highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway. We can't wait to return!

Great host, beautiful place, peaceful house

Canan's house is in a beautiful position overlooking the sea. It is well appointed and comfortable and a real home from home. Canan is a lovely host, she helped us in so many ways and was so welcoming. There are little beaches a few minutes walk away which are very quiet and Sigacik, which is a 10 minute drive away, has plenty of shops and restaurants. I've had a wonderful week there and I thoroughly recommend it, especially if you like cats, as there are usually a few to be found in the garden!

Everything was nice. The location, cleanliness, usefulness of the house was very good. We had a very nice holiday. I would especially recommend it, especially for families with children.

It was a house that met our expectations. The garden, balcony, terrace , barbecue area, winter garden were areas to have a good time with your child. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. We had a hot water problem that works with solar energy only due to the season and the fact that the weather is not sunny. Even though we did the instruction given by the host, the hot water came one day, the other days did not come. I don't think this will be a problem in the summer. Everything else was very nice.

We enjoyed the stay as a family. Have made all excursions by bus. were very well supported by Günay, who always had super good tips for all questions. Supermarket around the corner and right on walking distance to the beach undxrin Restsurant. We can only recommend the place
