Vous logerez à l'étage du pavillon, dans une grande chambre climatisée de 17m² avec une salle de bain attenante qui vous sera exclusivement réservée. À proximité : Commerces, cinéma, restaurants, base de loisirs de Torcy-Vaires. Attention : transports en commun peu developpés, véhicule fortement conseillé.

🏠This Property is located on the ground floor of our house. Gare YERRES RER D is a 5 minute walk 🦶 to Paris, the RER D goes to Gare de Lyon. 25 minutes or Châtelet 30 minutes. Parties, evening events, music and any other nuisance are not permitted‼️❗️ We kindly ask you to avoid making any noise, especially in the evening and at night (10 pm–8 am), out of consideration for the neighbours. Our home is very well connected by public transport (metro is a 1-minute walk away). You have a private entrance, private bathroom and toilet. The room is bright, very quiet, with garden view and opens to a flowery terrace. Wi-Fi and organic breakfast included.

It is set back and quiet in a green setting, while remaining close to transport and amenities. We are currently carrying out landscaping work in the garden.

We'd love to host you in our guest room at Villa Jeannette. The only room on the ground floor is located in our family home with garden on a residential street, close to Paris. The bedroom with direct access from the garden is suitable for comfortably accommodating two people. A shower room and adjoining and private toilet will be available to you.
