Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Val d'Europe

We had a great weekend in this place to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. It is a perfect place to spend time with family, in a warm setting, close to nature, without being in an inaccessible location either. We were able to enjoy the fireplaces available and the living area to play with family and have a good time. The proximity to DisneyLand Paris Park has also allowed us to explore the Christmas markets open this season. Finally, Olivier and Zohra were very welcoming, available, flexible and responsive during this stay. So I would highly recommend this place; we will be back!

Great stay at Julien and Séverine's. The place was as described and great for families. We enjoyed all the games available (badminton, arc, toys,…). The environment is bucolic.

This place was perfectly as described and what we expected, the house is very clean and has a warm atmosphere, everything was perfect! Very welcoming and responsive host, we'll be happy to come back:) I highly recommend it!

Very beautiful house and very well maintained. It was spotless clean when we entered. The room are nice, big and comfortable. The garden is massive and the barbeque space is really the highlight. We did it twice. The house has each and everything from a small kitchen accessories to washing machine and dryer. Ideal for a family or couples or bachelors. Great experience and complete worth for the money.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

A soothing and relaxing stay. Melda and Alan are very nice hosts and are available if necessary. Always with a smile and ready to help. The whole family had a perfect stay. The house is clean spotless and well-equipped for a nice stay. The pool and garden are really a big plus and you can enjoy it whenever you want. The owners' children are always smiling and kind. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautiful property just outside of Paris during the Olympics. The garden was stunning and provided a serene escape after the busy days in the city. The large bathtub was a luxurious touch that everyone in our group appreciated. The space was perfect for accommodating our large group, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

The impeccable apartment loved everything clean environment and Sarah's family always attentive all the time. We will definitely return to this charming space. thanks Sarah for the reception still left us a little treat who knew very well to get to the apartment and find a chocolate for me and my children and a water that fell very well. The stay was a hit. The apartment with its real French charm lets you arrive directly in France. Maisons-Alfort is a beautiful place, access to the RER and supermarkets/bakeries within a few minutes' walk - in our case under blooming cherry trees. This allowed the vehicle to stay parked in front of the door while we explored Paris and Disneyland - although Maisons-Alfort itself is also very welcoming and worth seeing! The communication with J. Charles was very prompt, kind and helpful, as was always spontaneous meeting at check-in. When we're back in Paris, this is our first choice place. Thanks, J. Charles!

Mia was an amazing host! We were staying for a whole month. She was very communicative from the very beginning and always checked in to make sure everything is alright. We were in the process of moving to Paris and she did not hesitate to help us with recommendations. The place was perfect for our dog and it is very peaceful. The place had a functioning AC and is equipped with everything one needs. When the dryer broke, Mia did not hesitate to have it immediately replaced to avoid any inconveniences - truly amazing and I can only recommend staying at any of her places with such an amazing host. Thank you for a wonderful time!

incredible apartment, everything perfect: spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable beds, well decorated, sunny, bakery 50 meters away, supermarket 100 meters, metro and RER 9 minutes. Marc myy friendly and helpful, all great.

A great place to stay for your stay in Paris! The metro station to get to the city is just 2 minutes away, there’s a supermarket right across the street and many different places to eat. We’ve been there with our 3 kids, we had plenty of room and the apartment was very clean! I really can reccomend the place!

We stayed with my two colleagues for 3 days at David's place. The neighborhood is quiet and the proximity to the bakery is appreciated in the morning. I could see that some guests complained about the humidity, but we had no problem.

Our second visit to le limodin manor stayed 5 years ago in le limodin 1 this time stayed in no2 both very beautiful limodin 2 has the added advantage of use of the garden We were a party of 13 from 3-73 with enough space for everyone to spread around and spend quality family time together le limodin is a rural tranquil place to stay we visited Disney less than 20 mins away and caught the train to Paris from marles-en-brie station took about 30 mins into paris but be warned you buy your tickets from a machine at the station there is a machine somewhere on the platform that you need to use to validate it prior to travel or face a €50 fine each !!! We hope to return again in a few years both houses are beautiful and spacious but the bathrooms work better in le limodin 1 for large groups but no2 has the beautiful garden with doors that open onto the pretty garden we have made so many happy memories Thank you Patricia

Audrey is a great host! We rented his house for an organized EVJF! Everything was decent, clean and warm, there was enough room for all the girls! Really there is nothing to say everything suits us and was fine!! We really liked her house, I would recommend her without a second thought! If you want to do your own decor for EVJF baby shower or other birthday you can without hesitation!

Perfect location. Easy to get into Paris (by train) and to Disneyland (by car). Very clean. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and lovely after a long day of walking.

We stayed one night at the place for a family meal. The apartment was clean, as described/photos and in a quiet area. The instructions were clear and the hosts were attentive. I would this property.

A really lovely place to stay just outside of Paris. Lots of space and amenities and Franck was really helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

Large house, plenty of room for 13 of us, beautiful setting and large outdoor area for the children. Variety of toys and books. House very clean and Elise very responsive to any queries. We had a wonderful stay and it is 15/20 minutes from Disneyland!

We had a great weekend thanks to Audrey. She was responsive and very warm. We were comfortable in the accommodation, we had enough room for 12 people. The hot tub was well heated. I'd recommend this place to stay for large groups without a second thought. Everything was perfect! Thanks to Audrey .
