For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Charming rural gite, shared use of pool/games room

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Small gite (classified 3 ***), isolated in the countryside, very cool with its 80 cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people in a small quiet village of Limousin. On one level and adjoining our house, with a fenced garden. From 1 October to 1 May, a fixed price of €15/night is requested for electric heating, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in time: from 5 p.m. and check-out time: before 10 a.m. However, we remain flexible on these schedules. Animals allowed.

The Hameau du Breuil, located in the heart of the Poitevin countryside, at the gates of the Abbey of Saint-Savin (UNESCO World Heritage Site), promises you calm and serenity. Our cabin/chalet will welcome you with pleasure to recharge your batteries in a green setting, surrounded by countryside animals. Our spacious and comfortable accommodation will allow you to have a pleasant stay. In an old renovated barn you will have two bedrooms (including an attic with a children's cabin), a large living room with equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere that will be lit when you arrive. The beds will be ready as well.
