The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer and a stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, bbq, all kitchen utensils. Outside garden furniture on private decking. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. Sleeps up to 7, including one bedroom with 1 double bed and private terrace, another with 1 double bed and one last with 3 single beds. We supply bed linen and towels.
