Second time we stayed here, we love it! The apartment is located in an excellent area, very quiet and close to good restaurants and bars, and the views of the apartment are 10/10. The depto itself is as it appears in the photos. The bed is very comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and well organized. Communication with Sebastián was excellent, always attentive!

Very comfortable stay in nice apartment, the building is very new and it shows. The apartment looks much better than the photos. There is also a large convenience store next door. And you can take Uber, pity that for the dates I was going a lot of people because of what the Uber was expensive, how the apartment is a little far away, like a 20 minute drive from downtown. On the other hand Consuelo is always attentive to my questions, I always responded quite quickly, also very good availability at check-in time. Thank you very much, we had a great time.

the place was just like in the photos, on our arrival I wait for us with the stove loaded with wood and everything clean , tidy and adequate space to rest and be with family. They had several details that highlighted the cabin.

Valentina's house is very nice, tidy and makes you feel like it was your usual space. The directions, description and photos are the same; the property is close to the Universidad Austral de Chile and also has very good restaurants and pubs nearby. The neighborhood is very safe and also the house is safe to travel with children or as a family. Finally, we really appreciate the support Valentina gave us, to resolve a personal mishap that we had on the last day. I recommend this property and above all congratulations to Valentina and her team. This is definitely one of those houses we'll be back in.

The house is very well located, close to a park, supermarket and small businesses. It is easy to get to different destinations of interest within Valdivia from the house. Additionally, the house is very spacious and comfortable to accommodate an entire family. We went with my one-year-old son, my lady, my sister-in-law and her grandmother, and the house is very welcoming to be with the family. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment, very comfortable and clean, we felt that there was care in the details, which make a difference when one is traveling, there was availability of basic items that made us feel at home from the first moment. It was an excellent stay, the host Miriam was very attentive and was available to heal the doubts. Location in quiet and peaceful neighborhood, condominium with amenities that facilitate the stay with children. Wide availability of linens and towels. Heating and hot water for easy to use intuitive. With total certainty we would come back to stay there.

The apartment is very nice and very comfortable, everything is very clean, it is very well located surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Arrival to the building and entrance to the dpt was easy to access. It is a short walk from the bridge where the street rio passes. Definitely would come back. I recommend it.

The condo is amazing. Great views of the wetlands and very quiet. Marcela is very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Her mom Katja greeted us and toured the condo with us. Perfect place to stay while in Valdivia

Thanks to Maria Isabel who was always concerned about our arrival and departure. In addition to Esther, who welcomed us and was our host. The apartment is very comfortable and the views are wonderful for spending an autumn afternoon. It is very well equipped even for a 4-month-old baby, as was our case.
