Our stay was amazing, the house is very conveniently located and in a very safe area, just like the photos and with everything you need for everyday life, it lacks nothing, it is very cozy and accessible. Daniela a 7! She responds quickly to any questions and needs. We had problems with the car just the day we were supposed to leave and she made it very easy for us to solve it. We would totally come back, not only for the house but also for the good service and helpfulness.

Andrea was an impeccable host always attentive and very kind with every query and worried that we felt at home, without a doubt 100% recommended would come back and I will do it in the near future, very nice surroundings, very quiet, the house is just like the photos, with good location, locomotion and market nearby, thank you Andrea for everything.

Valentina's house is very nice, tidy and makes you feel like it was your usual space. The directions, description and photos are the same; the property is close to the Universidad Austral de Chile and also has very good restaurants and pubs nearby. The neighborhood is very safe and also the house is safe to travel with children or as a family. Finally, we really appreciate the support Valentina gave us, to resolve a personal mishap that we had on the last day. I recommend this property and above all congratulations to Valentina and her team. This is definitely one of those houses we'll be back in.

Mauricio and Marisol very nice, they are good hosts. On the other hand, the accommodation corresponded to the description indicated, it has everything you need to have a good stay. The road to the accommodation is a little complicated, but it would be the only detail.

Excellent location is close to Kunstmann, the owner is very attentive to every question that we have very good place to recommend 100%

Cecilia is a friendly and close host, she gave us a very welcoming welcome and gave us clear instructions. The place was tidy, clean, and with basic amenities for the stay.

overall the accommodation was very comfortable, warm, with minimarkets, shop and supermarket just steps away, so it could be stocked with the minimum, very easily. The distance from the center of Valdivia where there are bars and the walking market is 25 min approx. but there are micros that charge cheap and they pass on the same avenue for those who do not want to walk as much. as for the bathroom just try to duchar cortas because the water in the tank was running out quickly and we could not connect the calefont, other than that, it was everything perfect, nice, very attentive Mrs. rebeca and we loved our stay. Would come back happily!!

Everything is perfect, the place is as seen in the photos and better, on the cleaning side everything perfect and tidy, Catalina is very friendly and with very good disposition in case of any doubt, beautiful, central and with very good locomotion and view, totally recommended
