40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

Valdivienne: independent studio on the ground floor

Furnished studio with an 18 m² room including double bed, cloakroom and kitchenette plus private toilet and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, gas stove, cabinet with dishes, table with 2 chairs and TV (sheets and towels provided). Access to the studio is private (without passing through the main house) with a shaded area for a vehicle. there are steps to get into the home.
