Privately located, cozy villa with swimming pool

La Distancia is a very quiet Finca for up to 6 adults and 2 children. The house has an enclosed garden, outdoor BBQ, parking spaces and private swimming pool. The location of the house is in orange and mandarin gardens near Vilamarxant. This is about 25 km from the airport and center of Valencia. The last 2 years a lot has been renovated: window frames, kitchen, bathroom, 2x air conditioning and stove. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed for children.

This is a beautiful which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, placed in the Jalon Valley, perfect for guests seeking a quiet place plenty of nature You can enjoy a large communal swimming pool which is shared by a small number of people. If you do not feel like cooking, there is a restaurant. You only have to cross the road and having breakfast, lunch and dinner. The valley is well-known for lovers of hiking, rock climbing and cycling. It is not dificult to see a famous rider.
