Location of the house is in orange and mandarin groves near Vilamarxant. This is about 25 km from the airport and center of Valencia. Over the past two years, a lot of renovations have been carried out: window frames, kitchen, bathroom, four air-conditioning units and a boiler. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed for children.

It is located in the lower part of the village next to the natural beach of the Júcar River, with mountain views. Recently renovated in January 2021, part of the original architecture has been preserved, such as the reed ceiling and wooden beams or part of the mountain inside one of the rooms.
