This charming apartment from 1923, built in the "modernismo popular" style in the hip beach district of Cabanyal, has been freshly renovated with attention to detail and comfort. It offers space for 6 adults. It's a 5–10-minute walk to the sea, and thanks to public transport, it's super well connected to the old town. Or you can enjoy the view in the green courtyard from the beautiful balcony with a hammock. The three rooms on the upper floor are all flooded with light and equipped with mosquito nets and window shutters. One of the rooms is a connecting room, and one has a children's room with toys, separated by a wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with new air conditioning systems. Bed linen and towels are available on arrival as well as soap, shampoo and shower gel. That is why we ask our guests to observe the quiet period between 2 pm and 5 pm. We own a tourist license and also the national registration numbers:
