Explore the Historical City from a Family-Friendly Flat

The house has 3 double bedrooms: 1 with a double bed of 180x200cm, the second with a double bed of 150x200cm and a third bedroom, accessible only from the master bedroom with a trundle bed (2 singles of 90x200cm). Also it has 2 bathrooms with shower, dining-kitchen and terrace of approx 20 m2. The apartment is facing West / East, it is on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Valencia, with all the services at few minutes walk. It has A / C cold and heat, WIFI and TV Satellite (Hotbird). Turia River Park is at 50 meters and the Town Hall Square at 10 minutes walk. We are waiting for you! Come and retire, enjoy the silence and immerse yourself in nature. It's a magical place in an unparalleled setting. In the mountains, the sea at the bottom, and between trees. It is a land of 12500m2 full of trees, fruit trees, plants and flowers, from the q they go trails to the mountain. Come to rest and let the mountain and surroundings do the rest. Next to the Arenal Beach, the surroundings are very pleasant, ideal for strolling around the natural park of El Clot or The Marina. The Desierto de Las Palmas and the Maestrazgo offer the possibility to enjoy the mountains in just under half hour´s drive. Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.
