Explore the Historical City from a Family-Friendly Flat

The house has 3 double bedrooms: 1 with a double bed of 180x200cm, the second with a double bed of 150x200cm and a third bedroom, accessible only from the master bedroom with a trundle bed (2 singles of 90x200cm). Also it has 2 bathrooms with shower, dining-kitchen and terrace of approx 20 m2. The apartment is facing West / East, it is on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Valencia, with all the services at few minutes walk. It has A / C cold and heat, WIFI and TV Satellite (Hotbird). Turia River Park is at 50 meters and the Town Hall Square at 10 minutes walk. We are waiting for you! The possible annoyances to the neighbors made by the guests will lead to the expulsion and the loss of the lodging. - Smoking is not allowed. - Be careful with the house and its contents - Turn off the air conditioning or heating when leaving home - Keep the windows and doors closed when you turn on the air conditioner. Mini house surrounded by greenery, ideal for rejuvenating. The beach with natural dunes of TERRANOVA is a 3-minute drive and a 15-minute walk away. Oliva is 1 km away, Valencia is 65 km away. The accommodation has a private and fenced garden with use of a swimming pool shared with 2 other people. Hot tub from June to August. Parking is private. It has a very small outdoor kitchen with an induction plate for simple dishes. Self check-in No public transportation arrives. No children under 12 years of age. No pets

Next to the Arenal Beach, the surroundings are very pleasant, ideal for strolling around the natural park of El Clot or The Marina. The Desierto de Las Palmas and the Maestrazgo offer the possibility to enjoy the mountains in just under half hour´s drive. Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.
