Monthly Rentals in Valencia

We stayed in the apartment for a month. Our stay was very comfortable and cozy. The apartment looks even better than the photos. Everything is new, clean, and it's nice to be inside. Thank you, Jorge, we sincerely recommend it!

Great apartment and great location. Centrally located. València is very walkable and easy to explore the entire city during our 10 days at the apartment. The apartment was very well appointed, higher end appliances and bathroom fixtures. You can tell that some thought went into the design and implementation. Hugo provided toiletries, towels, spare sheets, etc. He provided coffee for the coffee maker, sugar, candies, water, etc. Very thoughtful. Washer and dryer on premises! You were made to feel at home and treated as a guest versus a transaction. Highly recommend. Excellent communication!

Maria Jose was very friendly, kind, helpful, and responded quickly when there were any issues. The location was very good, so close to a metro and to many bus routes. The decor of the living room was lovely with artifacts as well as photos taken by herself that are so impressive. The weather was not very good but that has nothing to do with this lovely and kind host. I would gladly return to this apartment if I return to Valencia.

Lauri's apartment is located in Valencia's center a few minutes walk from Valencia's central market, we couldn't be happier with regards the location, most things are within walking distance and transportation options are extremely convenient. The apartment itself was as close to spotless as we've ever been to and the reception we've gotten was welcoming and helpful with clear instructions about the apartment and some helpful advice about the city. The apartment itself included aa fully equipped kitchen that we found ourselves very much at home with as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both being more than suitable for a couple's needs. Communication with Lauri was lovely as well. We enjoyed our stay in Valencia and in Lauri's apartment, we would be happy to return. Very highly recommended.
