In each of its two independent rooms, we offer you the possibility of spending a few days as a couple or with the family in the middle of nature and enjoying the pleasure of discovering yourselves between routes, silence, readings, activities, rest, sports... you decide. Choose between its two studios (yellow or turquoise), which you can rent together or separately.

The apartment is located just 2 minutes away from one of Valencia's most popular and vibrant areas Ruzafa, which is well known for it’s nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, antique stores, and art galleries.Within a 15-minute walk from the apartment you can explore both the historic center and the famous "City of Arts and Sciences".The apartment is perfectly located in a street that stands out for it’s quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which helps to relax after enjoying everything the city has to offer.

Casa Arriba Village House in Zarra

Casa Arriba is situated on the edge of the quaint village of Zarra, which is nestled in the Valencian hills. The house is large enough to cater for a group of family or friends and cosy enough for two. It is a short walk from the village square where you will find a couple of bars and a shop, there is also a van that sell vegetables that comes on Wednesday and Saturday, that will meet all your immediate needs. The house is ideally located for a quiet escape and enjoyable walking routes.

Welkom bij Finca Malata - Adults Only (21+) Ontdek La Casita, een sfeervol huisje, voor een ontspannen verblijf! Geniet van een luxe 2-persoonsbed (180x200), een badkamer met afzonderlijk toilet en een privé terras met zithoek en ligbed. Op het balkon een loungeset met panoramisch uitzicht. Het gedeelde zwembad (5x10) en tuin bieden voldoende privacy door zithoekjes. Via een poortje kom je direct in het natuurgebied. Op aanvraag serveren we ontbijt, lunch en tapas. Geen huisdieren.

This charming, detached cottage was created in the courtyard of Finca Portitxol and is completely separate from it. Here, every season has its advantages and due to the extremely comfortable interior, this "casita" lends itself perfectly for a stay in any period of the year, not least during those wonderful spring and autumn months. At the private swimming pool with sun terraces all around and on the covered lounge terrace with large daybed, you can enjoy an intimate oasis of peace.

Reconnect with your origins in our new house located in the Natural Park of Hoces del Cabriel. Continuing with the project "MiAldea", started with Casa Felicita, we have rehabilitated another traditional home with the design and know-how of local artisans, so you can enjoy returning to the essentials in this haven of urban life: a good book, a coffee, a nap, a walk, the pleasure of cooking, a conversation at sunset...and this time, with incredible views.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation with its porch and barbecue is independent and private. It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. There are several bathing areas in the Cabriel River, and there are also several springs (all thermal waters, 27 degrees) with their natural pools, as seen in the photos.
