One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

NEW: This top-floor apartment, featuring two terraces and large sliding windows, is located within the historic old town. It offers stunning views to both the north and south. Lovingly and extensively renovated three years ago, it now serves as our vacation home. A perfect retreat for enjoying Brixen and its surroundings and equally ideal for simply staying in: contemplating, reading, cooking, or just soaking in the beautiful views.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Adige Valley, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before you crawl under the cozy blanket in the mill.
