Silvana was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake the evening of our arrival. Quiet and ideal location for us who wanted to ski. A safe location is provided to store skiing. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen has all the accessories to prepare your meals. Cauldrons are excellent qualities please pay attention. As far as the billing for hot water and heating it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for companies because it is isolated and with ample outdoor spaces that allow activities (football, volleyball, tennis, bocce ball) or relaxation (sun terrace, jacuzzi, sauna both inside and outside the house). From the area there are also several hikes of different levels. The essential amenities ( bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher shop) are just a few minutes away by car ( no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Incredibly cosy house in the Austrian Tirol regions. Great place to stay with family or friends, and good kitchen which makes long stays comfortable!

We stayed at this property with 8 women for a ski weekend. Everything was right, good amenities, very cozy house, the landlady is super nice and helpful. Previous requests were answered promptly. From us 5 stars, we will be happy to come back!

For us, the apartment was perfect as a family with adult children, as each bedroom had a small, private bathroom. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and you can sit in the afternoon sun. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything. It was very quiet. You can walk to the supermarket in 1 minute, where there are also fresh rolls. The Patscherkofelbahn is very close to skiing and also in Innsbruck you are in 15 minutes. The communication was always very quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Excellent stay, somehow missed point that bed sheets is not provided before booking, but otherwise everything great according to pictures, beautiful scenic view on garden.

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and clean, the sauna and whirlpool were definitely a bonus for our tired bodies after a long day of activities in the beautiful surrounding areas. We woke up to the breath-taking view every morning, it was one of the most memorable places we have ever been to. Thank you for being such great hosts Ilaria&Alex!

Old/historical house that was well maintained, spotless clean, and extremely spacious. Better than advertised. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Easy parking. Would definitely return.
