The popular bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are also close by. Munich and Rosenheim can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The surrounding and fenced garden overlooking the mountains and lush green meadows promises relaxation for the whole family. The furnishings are classically modern. There are several parking spaces on the property. In summer, it is possible to barbecue on the terrace.
