The place is really great! we had a great time ☺️

Everything was perfect, as described and photographed. Clean accommodation and all the necessary amenities ( linen, towels, coffee etc... ) the trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we took advantage of the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

Very good stays, friendly and available host. The setting was beautiful, everything was there to disconnect.

We had a great stay. The accommodation had everything we needed for a great vacation. We had the opportunity to enjoy a large part of the estate, which was more than welcome with our dog (he had the best vacation). Very close to Lake Paladru, we spent our time between the lake and the pool. Brigitte advised us on good restaurant tips around the lake to conclude a relaxing stay. Thanks again for everything!

We were allowed to spend a week with our two children in this beautiful holiday home, in picturesque surroundings. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the hospitality.

Lesley was very nice. The house and the surroundings are wonderful. There's only peace and quiet. House spacious, clean, with lots of light... you can feel the love put by Lesley. Our two dogs had a great time and were able to meet the other pets in the house. Thank you so much

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

Great stay at dom's, lake aj end of the garden, too short a stay in this superb environment! Our canoeing experience with the kids was great Dominica always available to ensure our comfort, even at the daylight time of our arrival We recommend it!!! Stay 4 days with two children aged 6 and 12, in May.

We lived in this temporary listing for a month and a half while waiting to find a fixed place. The setting is idyllic and matched our expectations. Close to the city center by car, walk all around and surrounded by nature. A refreshing, relaxing place with super nice hosts. Very responsive to requests and a friendly side. We had a great time at Jean-Eric's place. The house is huge, so everyone has their space and privacy. The common areas are also very large and the equipment is quite suitable for large groups. The outdoor space is great and suitable for children because it's totally enclosed. The area is very beautiful, there are many walks to do nearby. A very nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet! Jean Eric is very responsive, flexible and has good advice. Evguenia, who welcomed us is also adorable. We recommend it without hesitation!

We spent a weekend in this superb accommodation ideally located in a beautiful green setting. The flexible arrival was very appreciated, and Philippe's warm welcome is to be highlighted! Very functional accommodation, full of charm, beautiful exterior appreciated by our dog. We can only recommend and will not hesitate to return if we return to the area.

We had a lovely weekend at Marc's with a couple of friends and their 3-year-old child. The accommodation is well arranged, well equipped, including all basic necessities (soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, sheets, towels, etc.). The fireplace with wood supply was very nice for the cool evenings! Very welcoming and accommodating host! We recommend Marc and his place!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Christelle was very responsive and our arrival despite the fact that it was late, it went perfectly.

We were very comfortable in Marcos José's place. It has a great terrace and the kitchen has everything. Thank you so much for accepting us and for adapting to our schedule.

Jo and Anita's place was amazing! The dazzling garden! We spent our time enjoying the outdoors and walks straight from the house. The area is quiet and soothing. It's extremely well equipped for large families! Great stay! We'll come back without hesitation!

Chalet in a peaceful environment 30mfrom the ski resorts of Margeriaz and Semnoz. Ideal for 4 people. A nearby bakery offers excellent bread and good fruit pies. Sébastien is responsive and the instructions are very clear.
