The apartment, on two floors, consists of a large living room with two sofas (one of which can become a double bed) and a large table. A large fully-equipped kitchen opens to the living room. The ground floor has a beautiful view of Lake Pusiano, with a terrace where you can have lunch, dine, sunbathe or enjoy the view. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a walk-in closet. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, of which 2 with shower.

THIS IS A PRIVATE HOUSE, it is not a hotel, I am sharing my house with guests as I use it few weeks during the year. The house is a typical italian house originally built in the years 1700. It has 1 bedrooms available with a double bed , 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a little balcony that you can enjoy in the morning with the sun for breakfast or for your dinner in front the beautiful colors on the mountain and on the lake at dinner.

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
