Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. High-quality solid wood furniture. Close to car parking.

Chalet with 4 bedrooms for up to 10 people

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. Vacation home Gann - Greit

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

Guest Room „Egon Schiele“

The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet. The room faces the street and includes a spacious balcony. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.

Vacation cottage on the organic farm

You can now book our newly built vacation home at the organic farm. The bakery is just around the corner and in just a few minutes to the valley station of the Muttereralm. The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. Since the accommodation is located on our farm, there is the possibility to help with the stable work and, if desired, to taste the products.
