There are nice swimming, exercise trails, illuminated tracks, outdoor gym, bike and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly-built house of 36 sqm with space for 2-3 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal is included. During the high season May-Sept only bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 people.

There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

Skagern Lake House

A lake house above average, the house was built in 2020. The house is located in a small neighbourhood area, there is also a newly built loft in a building next to the lake house which will be available to rent as well. The loft has space for 2 people, with access to a double bed, without toilet and water. This will accessible in the original lake house. We do not accept animals in the house.
