Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Two bedrooms with double beds (180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm), two bathrooms and a guest WC on the ground floor offer plenty of space for families or business travellers. You can reach Messe München in around 10–15 minutes by car. The Haar S-Bahn station is about 1.2 km away (approx. 12–17 minutes on foot). Free parking in the area. The accommodation is also ideal for group trips.
