An absolute condition of stay is that no parties or loud noise and music is permitted at the house.

Nestled on the foothills of a kloof in the Magaliesberg Mountains, you find our selfcatering home “MziliKaya”. It is part of the Silkaatsnek Nature Reserve, home of Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra, Waterbuck, Kudu, Impala & various other Antelope, birds, etc. We are situated in the Hartbeespoort Dam area, which uses the slogan “Close to the City, Out of this World” for many reasons. There is no other place in South Africa where you can find such a variety of top quality activities and restaurants.

Tranquil setting with spectacular views over the mountains. Situated about 70km from Johannesburg and Pretoria. 100km from Sun City, 130km from Pilanes Berg and 40km from Lanseria Airport. The area offers shopping, animal sanctuaries, cable car, restaurants, movie sets, etc. We are in a nature estate with free roaming animals & fauna and flora expected in such an estate. No additional- or day visitors allowed. Possibility of noise from the resort, golf course and building activities.

Studio #292

Studio #292 is situated on a smallholding in Hartbeespoort on the slope of the Magaliesberg with a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. On the other side of the Studio is another listing, Coucal Cottage. The two listings are separated by a passage and linen room. The Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). The Studio is within 15 minutes driving to Village Mall and other shops.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Unique, self-catering unit in tranquil setting, with view of the mountains. Close to features like Hartbeespoortdam Cableway, French Toast (Little Paris), Pretville, the Elephant and Monkey Sanctuary etc. This bachelor unit does have a loadshedding solution, with a small electric footprint - electric blanket for the winter.

Kosmos Heights Self Catering Accom. - Unit One

Unit 1 is a Luxury apartment suitable for 2 guests (unfortunately no children) with amazing views over the dam. There is one bedroom fitted with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with 2 showers and a Jacuzzi bath and fully equipped kitchen. The unit is not wheelchair friendly, as there is a step leading to the bathroom.
