Ruhig located just off Rheindamm, the house surrounds a 10,000 sqm garden. The house itself, built in 1958, is two-story with about 370 square meters of living space. Great location. My accommodation is located in Stürzelberg. Very quiet location. 5 minutes' walk from the Rhine. Only 4 km to the city of Zons. Very suitable for bike tours. Only 12 km to the old town of Düsseldorf. Very good connection to the A46 and A57 motorways. Only 4 km to the S-Bahn S8.

Amazing Villa, 5 min. fair/city

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.

You will stay in a 32 m² room with a private bathroom (shower & bathtub), a kitchenette and a private balcony in a great villa from the 1930s. Brand new is the sauna hut including a small pool & outdoor shower in the large garden. The house has direct access to the forest and a former pool house, which is used as a small workshop / creative space. The former pool will soon be awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber.
