A very nice place to stay, everything easy to reach by foot or by vaporetto. Francesca was unfortunately not on site, so the good tips were missing. But even so you will find very good restaurants or bars for breakfast (Il Muretto!) in the nearby area. Overall, happy to come back.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

What a find! This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Venice and at the same time super quiet and secluded. The host was friendly and responsive and the apartment had everything you could need. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of space. I highly recommended this place!!!!

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Ursula was extremely friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We received great travel tips and recommendations for the local area. 🥰 The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a great bed, as well as an oven and a washing machine. The heating system works perfectly and can be controlled by the guest, which is very convenient. We would gladly stay there again! 💖

Loved It! Ground floor with great private courtyard to enjoy the evening. Close to the water bus, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Comfy beds.

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Pamela was very delightful. My dad and his girlfriend stayed at her place and she met us at the train station and personally escorted them. She was extremely patient. Lovely woman and her place was exactly as described. Would recommend

Marco was an absolute super host. He kept us informed with loads of information, suggestions and advice. The place was an absolute gem, peaceful and within driving distance of all required amenities. Clean, tidy and everything one needed. More than enough space for a family of four. He provided us with bicycles to drive around town and always responded within minutes of our inquiries. We highly suggest staying with Marco and public transportation to Venice from his house is perfect. Looking forward to our next stay with Marco

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Excellent family stay at 4 at Barbara's, very friendly and authentic student neighborhood. Well heated apartment for winter, very pleasant and cozy. Bright with a large Velux. Very comfy beds Small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Supermarket and grocery stores nearby for shopping. Vaporetto 2 on the dock a few minutes walk away. Almost direct to San Marco. It's easy to explore Venice and stroll through the small alleys, bridges, and squares around the apartment. We'll be happy to go back! Attention, if you have locomotor problems: Steep and narrow staircase to get to the listing.

Nicola was an incredible host with great knowledge of the area. He was a very kind and responsive person. The area was perfect, only about a 20 minute tram ride away from the main center of Venice. The area we stayed had plenty to do without going to the main city. It was a very peaceful area that was pedestrian only. The house was absolutely wonderful. A very great design and it was so fun to stay in. This would be the perfect place to stay for a Venice vacation.

Even though my family arrived at the accommodation later than expected due to motion sickness while traveling by car, the house facilities were kindly with a warm smile. Thank you so much for your thorough explanation. You prepared a sensible home interior, a clean accommodation, and simple food for guests sensibly. I was so grateful. I've never seen a place where kitchen utensils are so clean. and I also went to Venice comfortably by the bus you guided me to. Thanks to you, I rested well and I think it will be a pleasant memory. Andrea was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. It was also a short walk to all of the sites you would want to visit and there were a lot of good restaurants close too. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay again should we visit Venice again.

We just had the most enjoyable stay at Andrea apartment in Venice! His apartment is located very conveniently close to water bus stop near Rialto bridge, with just few minutes away from St.Marco plaza, with lots of shopping, dining and cultural options nearby yet it is very quiet. The apartment is great, it felt like five star hotel the moment we stepped in, everything was top notch and Andrea even had stocked the fridge with welcome bottle of Prosecco to put an icing on the cake! The beds are super comfortable and small balcony was a highlights to chill on sunny afternoon or enjoy morning coffee on. Apartment is huge with 2 bedrooms and sleeping sofa in the living room so would fit bigger family easily. Andrea has been the most wonderful host and made sure we felt right at home. I highly recommend the place and Andrea, thank you much for such a wonderful stay in majestic Venice!

The apartment is located in a central yet quiet place in Cannaregio, right on a canal. Nearby there is a small supermarket and also numerous restaurants. The apartment has a small balcony (without table or chair) and all the utensils and services described are provided. The host or co-host was very helpful and very responsive to requests. It was very nice and in Lorenzo's apartment, we would book it again.
