Welcome to our home! From the window of the living room you can sit back and relax after a full day out in the city. The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. All the comforts of home: wireless internet and satellite TV, private heating and air conditioning, new and comfortable bathroom with big shower and whirlpool , a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

Santa Marina Apartment

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

L'appartamento LAGUNA si trova in una zona tranquilla ma centrale di Venezia. Raggiungibile in pochi minuti dalla stazione e da Piazzale Roma (300 metri) Vi è un approdo per il taxi che rende l'appartamento adatto per chi giunge dall'aeroporto Marco Polo. La casa gode di splendidi affacci aperti sull'acqua e su di uno splendido ponte. Vicinissima a tutti i principali servizi. Gli arredi sono nuovi e di pregio e la casa è stata da poco completamente e finemente ristrutturata.

San Barnaba House

Bellissimo appartamento completamente ristrutturato nell'anno 2024. Completo di tutti i comfort: AC in tutte le stanze, free wifi, due smart TV, frigorifero, forno a micronde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina con fornelli a induzione e pentole a induzione, un bagno diviso in due locali, spazio lavanderia. Armadiature in legno e su misura. Letti con doghe in legno, biancheria da letto e da bagno in cotone.

Canal view

Vedere le gondole ed essere in posizione centrale a due passi da Rialto. È un monolocale con bagno , avviso che dopo le 18 il check in é possibile su richiesta a pagamento ( 30 euro e dopo le 21 sono 50 euro)diteci orario di arrivo almeno una settimana prima ,per favore mandatemi le foto dei documenti con Airbnb e anche la vostra mail così vi mando il video
