Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ventnor City

The house was great and plenty of space. We stayed over Thanksgiving so i packed a lot of things for cooking and everything was already at the house! So if you are planning to buy food and cook, you will have everything you need right at the house. And there is a plaza with stores right next door to buy last minute things and/or food to cook. The ambiance when first walking into the home is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend booking this home if you are in the area, you won't regret it!

It was a pleasure staying at this house. The host was super responsive, helpful and available for any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. We really appreciated the flexibility in check in/check out times. The fireplace did not work for us, but could truly have been my guests and I not knowing how to utilize the key to turn on. Nonetheless- it didn’t dampen our stay. Appliances work great, very comfortable living room and beds!!! Only one block from the beach, and extremely close and walkable to Starbucks and shopping makes this home the perfect location! Highly recommend! Thanks again for a great week!

Our family had a wonderful time at Susan’s beautiful beach home! The host was so wonderful at accommodating our family of four and our littlest toddler. We loved every aspect of this house — the location was prime (1.5 easy blocks from the beach and bay, wedged between two ice cream spots — our favorite was Willows Way!), the house was sooo homey with lots of wonderful places within to commune as a family (the balcony off the two bedrooms, our fave — the front enclosed porch with porch swing, the backyard, and of course the dining area), the included bikes were an added plus when the weather wasn’t great for the beach, and also the two car driveway and street park pass was very nice to have. Susan also had a beach cart available for our use which was super useful since we don’t travel lightly with a toddler. We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much Susan!

Beautiful home, great amenities and very nice host. Location was a plus close to the boardwalk but also far enough for peace and quiet.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house! Property is as pictured. Rooms are spacious. Off street parking is available for 3 vehicles. The back of the property is directly on the beach…plenty of seating for our group. We had beautiful weather and our girls weekend was a success!

DEFINITELY Made MEMORIES at MELBOURNE! The house was beautifully appointed and the layout was PURRFECT for my family. We all had our own space, when needed, as well as communal space when we came together. SUPER convenient location to everything. Everything is w/in walking distance and ordered take out w/no issue. House was fully equipped with just about everything we needed. A most wonderful stay which was greatly needed in this time of our lives. Look forward to next year!! Pasqualina was a FANTASTIC host. She responded w/in an hour most of the time and took care of any issues when they arose. NO DELAY and very understanding. Nothing was ever an 'issue'.

This property is ideal for families with children and is exceptionally accommodating for elderly family members, as it is conveniently located on the first floor. It's also just a short walking distance from Chabad, perfect for those observing the Sabbath. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as cozy chairs in every bedroom. This level of attention to detail truly enhances the overall experience, making it a memorable and comfortable stay. Book this place if you are going to Ventnor. It is fantastic!

This location was the perfect place with Easy access. Great spacious home to accommodate my family of 7. It was close enough to walk everywhere. No need to drive anywhere. Beautiful views of other places around. My family had the best time. We plan on returning!

Best bnb I’ve stayed at in AC by far. Every little detail mattered! & was appreciative. From the house games to the laundry wash! Even the bottle waters in the fridge & the snacks were a nice touch. I felt at home & on vacation at the same time! 👍🏽❤️

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Lina’s place. It was perfect for our crew. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the Tropicana. Everyone pretty much had their own bedroom. The house was spacious with comfy beds, linens and the pillows were great. The bathrooms were good and plenty of towels for everyone. The outdoor space in the back is very nice. We will definitely look to rent from Lina again when we head back to AC!

This was our 2nd stay at one of Laura's places. This condo was perfect for me & my husband. Beautiful decor and an extremely peaceful getaway! Laura was so responsive and accomodating! We can't wait to go back again next year!! A+++

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

Manish and Monika were so helpful. The property was beautiful and secluded. My family really enjoyed the game room. We would love to come back again for our next track weekend at NJMP!

My friends and I gathered at this house, which quickly felt like a home. We all spent time gathering at the spacious island, the couches and cushions had plenty of space for all 12 of us to hang and feel included and comfortable. We loved the pool and hottub access and outdoor hang area as well as the downstairs den where we played games. The location was a hot spot getting to AC quickly and we also walked to local restaurants that were delicious! We all left feeling excited to come back again next year together!! Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.
