Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vera-Playa

The stay in Cristina's apartment was great. Great for going with children, it is very well located, very close to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped and perfect for a family. Cristina and her husband were very kind. I recommend it 100%.

Everything from 10, we'll repeat for sure. Laura is super attentive, she leaves you details in the house, she recommends places, and at any time you can tell her that she is attentive to your needs. The house is great, super clean and full of details, everything is very well cared for, it also has wonderful views and incredible peace, the heated pool is a pass.

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. One minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars & restaurants. Jose Antonio was a fabulous host. Would recommend.

We had a great time at this apartment in front of the sea. The apartment was spotless in both cleanliness and equipment of all kinds. The only downside for us who stayed for a month was the absence of wifi. We were delighted with our stay and would definitely come back to enjoy the places that are very soothing. Thanks to Antonio

The apt is really luxurious and much bigger than the photos look. Super clean and really comfortable. Great big TV's. Lots of wardrobes. Very sound proof between the rooms. Great having a kitchen to sit in. Very close to the local massive swimming pool, little parks, hills, seaside, shops and restaurant all walkable in 5mins. I felt very secure here. Lovely safe area with lots of families and schools around but not noisy. Wonderful big dining table. It's so nice I bought a table cloth to protect it. All facilities are of a hich standard the frodge looks brand new. Heating worked well and there's lot's of cosy blankets. I will miss the comfortable sofas. We stayed a month and I would stay here again if I could. Thanks again

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

Sandra's place is simply the best place to enjoy Mojácar for a few days. Large, clean, tidy, tastefully, unbeatable views (literally), from both the living room and the roof. It is also very well located, as still being in the center, the street is very quiet and you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the village. Also, Tomasina (the contact person of the house we were with) is lovely, and both she and Sandra were aware of us from before our arrival. Truly, a 100% recommended experience. My family and I will miss the beers on the rooftop as well as the village!!! Just wonderful! Sandra's house is simply the best place to fully enjoy Mojácar for a few days. With plenty of space, clean, tidy and well-decorated, and amazing views from both the living room and the rooftop. Moreover, the house is really well located since even though its centric location, the place is quite calm and silent. Sandra and Tomasina have been always available and helpful since the beggining. My family and me will definitely miss the sunset-beers, our experience at Sandra's is 100% recommendable!!!

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. The air conditioning was vital for these hot days. The residential complex is very quiet, the pool is open until midnight and there is a Mercadona supermarket about 200 meters away. We'll be back on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

We had a fabulous stay and are so grateful. Everything we needed, down to Shampoo and Conditioner was all there upon arrival. It is so beautifully maintained, the garden, the house, the pool and orientated to catch the sun at all points of the day. It was exactly what myself and my fanily needed, thank you!!

Lovely apartment in lovely alley just a few steps from square. Ana was the perfect host - didn’t need to contact her as no problems but bumped into her a couple of times around town.

Very nice. a little aislafo, but if you are looking for perfect tranquility. beaches 15 min drive. Perfect communication.

From the start these owners were amazing with their replies to my questions. Met Jane at the property and what a lovely lady. We got inside and it was just perfect, better than we had thought. Great outside for our dogs and really pretty and well kept. Inside 2 great bedrooms. Our double was so comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Bathrooms so clean and everything you need, loads of extras. Kitchen has everything you need to cook big meals and very nice crockery and glasses. So clean throughout. Comfortable and feels like home. Good telly options There’s a beautiful swimming pool right near the apartment and designated parking spot Jane recommended restaurants and supermarkets. All of which were so good A really lovely, easy stay for us. We were waiting to move into our new home and I can’t think of a more perfect beginning to our new life in Almeria and new friends too

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had a great summer vacation in this accommodation, the condominium is very pleasant, the access to the beach on foot is a plus. The nearby restaurant very pleasant with a varied menu.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

Marie's accommodation is perfect. The location is peaceful and well maintained. There is an allocated parking space under cover. The apartment has everything you require and more besides. The kitchen has good quality appliances, plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery and many kitchen gadgets. The bedrooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds with plenty of bedding available and good wardrobe space. The bathroom has a very large shower cubicle and again there are lots of towels. The lounge has 2 comfortable chairs and a settee. Outside are 2 balconies with 3 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and 3 clothes airers. The wifi worked well. The swimming pool was a good size and there were several sun loungers available to use around it. The beach of Vera Playa is a few minutes walk. There is also a good supermarket, Consum, and several shops and bars nearby. Marie was easily contacted and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

This was an amazing find, spectacular apartment and facilities with the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. Joe, Tatania & Yuri were amazing and we cannot fault the service they gave us from booking to departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, whilst there was a slight smell of smoke from previous tenants who broke the rules, Joe was extremely apologetic but this in no way impacted our stay. We didn't want to leave this little piece of heaven and will definitely be back, in fact I'm already looking at going back there next month if it's available.

From booking to checkout, Christelle has been a superb host. Careful, and flexible on entry and exit, which is greatly appreciated. I note that the development pool is very large , with very few users (last week of August), and was open from 10.00 to 23.00, and does not close at half a day. And although you have to drive to the beach, it takes 5 minutes and without parking problems.

Sebastian was a good host, he greeted us personally. The apartment wins by being in a community with a pool and parking. The area is quite remote, you have to take the car for everything although it has supermarkets and leisure places nearby.
