Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Nestled in an enclosed and wooded area, not overlooked, in a country and rejuvenating setting, come and stay in a comfortable and charming trailer. Fully equipped, it has a bedroom area with storage (bed linen provided) A bathroom with shower and sink. A very functional kitchenette. Dry toilet outside as well as a jacuzzi (seasonal) and various spaces dedicated to relaxation.

A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

Canadian Cabin

Our 19 m2 Canadian cabin is a real little paradise with a lifestyle for nature lovers. Thought and realized by us, it represents calm, serenity, the return to oneself, happiness, life... Located high up, its view is truly extraordinary. Outdoor kitchen and shower all comfort; a place for nature lovers. A little cocoon of love... Linen is optional for stays of less than three nights. Bicycle, Nordic bath optional.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Very attractive 3-star studio (rated by Étoiles de France in January 2026), 38 m², in a quiet rural location with a 1.5-hectare garden. Perfect for a nature stay in the Périgord Noir, between Lascaux and Sarlat. Ideal 2 adults, private therapeutic hot tub open year-round, outdoor, not covered, terrace. Since the bedroom is upstairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities.
