⚠️ Merci de lire la totalité du règlement. Logement à 5 minutes en voiture du centre historique de Sarlat. Piscine privée et réservée à l'usage des locataires pour une famille de 3 enfants maximum. Attention pas d'enfants ne sachant pas nager. La location va du samedi au samedi où du dim au dim. La réservation est d'une semaine minimum en juillet et août. La location comprend un salon 18 m2 + une chambre 15 m2 + une salle de bain + une terrasse 25 m2 + un jardin clos 200 m2 + un parking.

This is Cawsand Cottage in the Dordogne countryside- one of two luxury self catering cottage’s exclusively for adults. Rustic charm meets Parisian style in this superb two-bedroom cottage with en-suite bathrooms, a large living area and a spacious terrace; the perfect space to enjoy breakfast or a BBQ with a glass of wine. Access to a shared, heated pool (only shared with one other gite) and set in large tranquil grounds. Close to big towns such as Laliande and many tourist attractions.

You’ll love Chez Mondy the perfect place to relax and unwind, with breath-taking views. Conservatory Kitchen. 2 bedrooms, all rooms are independently accessed via the veranda. Suitable for couples, business travellers, families, (families with small children are advised to share family bedroom) Private Pool & Hot tub. The hot tub is open March to October or on request at The Pool opens early June to late September weather dependent. Varaignes has a chateau, Resraurant, boulangerie.

Idéal pour se ressourcer : chaleureux Cottage classé 4 étoiles ; maison ancienne située dans un hameau au calme, aménagée sur 3 niveaux, avec piscine hors sol semi enterrée, octogonale de 5.70 X 3.95 ; logement comprenant trois chambres dont une en Rdc, avec chacune sa salle de bains ou salle de douche ; maison située au bord de l'eau à la limite Dordogne / Lot-et-Garonne. Réservation du 15.06 au 14.09 uniquement en semaine complète du samedi au samedi.

Mon logement est situé sur un Domaine privé en impasse sur les hauteurs sud de Sarlat à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour son grand confort, sa tranquilité, son équipement complet, et sa piscine chauffée de mai à septembre. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). Une route non accessible depuis la propriété peut apporter quelques nuisances sonores lors des périodes d' affluence.
