Within walking distance (about 600 m) is the river Le Gartempe, where there are plenty of places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also indulge. For the mountain biker (possibly available), touring cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the countryside. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. Please read through the entire description! Cottage for 1 to 5 people, you are looking for calm, and nature, welcome to our home! Fully equipped, single-story cottage. We do not provide bath towels. If you want to disconnect, this is where you want to come. Our animals will be happy to meet you! We are close to the Brenne ponds, the Haute Touche animal park, 50 minutes from Beauval and the Futuroscope. The village is 5 minutes away for your shopping. Non-smoking cottage.

La maison Carré - romantic house on river, 2p

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Private house in one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to shops (bakery, grocery store, café...). Courtyard where you can park, large garden with swing. Quiet. A place to disconnect. Possibility of hiking, biking, canoeing nearby, carriage rides. I offer puzzle courses (for a fee) for guests who like to walk around while playing an outdoor escape game. NB: Cleaning must be done properly before leaving. Pets not allowed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located 10 minutes from La Roche-Posay and its thermal baths, 5 minutes from Angles-sur-l'Anglin, one of the most beautiful villages in France. The Futuroscope of Poitiers is accessible in 40 minutes. This former outbuilding has been restored to offer accommodation on two levels with access via an external stone staircase and awning dating from the 16th century.

A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
