Top ausgestattete, brandneue 50m2 Wohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Das Highlight ist das Pool auf dem Dach im 31. Stock mit Blick über ganz Wien. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und modern möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Nespresso Maschine, Küche mit allen Geräten, großer Smart TV, schnelles WLAN, Waschmaschine etc. In nur 7 Minuten erreicht man man die Wiener Innenstadt. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Städtetrip. Die nächste Haltestelle ist nur 50 meter entfernt.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

Comfort + parking + garden in Vienna near Danube Island

This beautiful and well-equipped apartment with free parking in front of our house with garden incl. Parking space for bicycles offers plenty of space and is located in a very safe and quiet residential area, only 10 minutes' walk to the Danube Island and also the Vienna city centre is relatively quick and easy to reach. The bus station is located just steps away from the house. By car, depending on traffic, you can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes.

Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.
