After the impressions, experiences and exertions of the day, you can enjoy and relax the tranquility and biodiversity of the nature of the garden with us in the countryside. And YES, we also live here. The house has 2 floors, each floor 130 m², so enough space for everyone :)

The house is situated in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5-minute walk, the tram to the city center is 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running routes nearby that start right in front of the house.
