I really liked the hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was very polite and hospitable.

Highly recommended! Food is delicious, room is spacious, staffs are informative and accommodating, everything is perfect. My friend and I love the beautiful swimming pool and we really enjoyed our stay. If I have opportunity to go Hoi an next time, I will still choose Senvila :)

Great price great location

The hospitality was amazing. Katie and Marshall ensured we had a memorable stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offered tips for local sightseeing, offered us vegetarian food in breakfast.

Hideaway is a wonderful property just a few minutes walking from the ancient part of Hoi An. The staff there is very friendly and they have great recommendations for activities and tours. The room, pool, and other amenities were very clean and better than expected. We were very happy with our stay at Hideaway and will recommend staying there to family and friends.

fantastic place, would definitely return. lovely view of the river from the balcony. walkable to the town, in 15 minutes maximum, but far enough removed to feel like a respite from the hustle and hustle of hoi an. the check in was excellent and so many help tips, I think Hien saved us a fortunate with her advice! I've never had such a thorough briefing on check in, and it was much appreciated..all the staff we do kind and friendly, it felt like a home. and lastly, what a fabulous breakfast..cannot recommend this place enough

Our second stay with Hai was as great as the first. She is such a lovely host and will do anything to make your stay as best she can. Big spacious rooms, simple delicious breakfasts and a great location between old town and the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

I highly recommend Alsahar to everyone. The room where I stayed was very large and clean, with all the comforts. The location is ideal for a style like mine: close enough to the old city to be able to walk there in about twenty minutes, but outside the chaotic area, in a neighborhood that is definitely more genuine and less touristy. There are bicycles available for the laziest ones 😉 Among the best that can be found in Alsahar I have to mention the staff! The guys are very competent, very kind and always ready to help and give advice. In Alsahar you feel like you are at home

We would stay here again. The pool was small but so welcoming in the heat. Great to be able to buy drinks is from the reception. The reception staff were wonderful, a highlight of the stay. we left luggage before check in opened and also after we checked out. They also arranged for our washing to be done (extra fee). Sunny arranged transport to and from the airport, same price if not cheaper than taxi - great service. So very welcoming, felt very safe, great atmosphere. Brilliant location. Great river view from one of the bedrooms.

We had a great experience at this home! A perfect location to move both towards the city of Hoi An and the sea , the room was beautiful and spacious , the structure in general very cozy and well maintained! Highly recommend ! Beautiful view of the rice fields across the street

Location is GREAT ! Right by Old Lantern Town in a quiet area where after a great night of walking, you can have a quiet night's rest. Check in was super easy. Our flight was a little early so he helped call the driver a little early for easy pickup and drive to the place. It's a quaint boutique-like hotel with a couple of floors and I got the place through airbnb. Whether you want to just get one room or multiple (our floor had 3 rooms total that I reserved--it's better to communicate him through messages before booking too -- . The AC seemed a little weak at first to my dismay but don't underestimate because it'll make the room to a happy freezing cold. My kids loved it because he's so friendly, he let them feed his Koi fish and offered daily morning fruit/breakfast : ) They were sad to leave. Common kitchen area on the ground ground floor. If traveling with kids, will rec close watch because there's a small swimming pool right out the back door by the kitchen.

Very comfortable stay for a very reasonable price. Reception was very kind and helpful (we communicated through translate app without issues). Location is right in the centre but it was pretty quiet. Strong hot shower, regular cleaning - it was ideal for a few days doing activities in the countryside.

Hiền and Steve have a beautiful place in a great location, just a few minutes away from the sea, away from the noise of Hội An centre but only 10 minutes' drive away. Their place has the modern conveniences of a hotel with the comfort of a house and we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Ideal. Room was bright, airy, spotlessly clean and with cable car view. Vicinity has many local shops and eateries, and a place that serves pizza. Short taxi rides to cable car and southern diving boat. An Thoi’s charm is that it is off the traditional tourist trail yet the hosts and everyone made us feel extremely welcome.

The staff and Ms. Tuyen on duty at the hotel are very enthusiastic to help me, friendly and very very cute. I went to the first night to eat late, the girls were afraid I was too late to get lost, to get my phone number for the convenience of the girls to show the way. Very comfortable bed. If you have very good earplugs you will sleep like a baby.

I spent 28 days at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. I am very satisfied with my stay. The staffs here went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible, and I am truly grateful for that. The room description was completely accurate, everything that was mentioned was provided. The hotel is located in a spacious alley that's easily accessible and no trouble finding it. Uncle and auntie (whom I think are the owners) and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Although I received free services (room cleaning and laundry), the staffs remained diligent and performed their job with great care. If you have any questions or problems, they’ll explain everything clearly and assist you right away. In my second week, the air conditioner in my room had a minor issue (the fan stopped moving and couldn’t circulate air), and they fixed it within two hours of my call. Not only was the fan repaired, but the maintenance guy also did a deep cleaning of the entire unit!
