Monthly Rentals in Vilano Beach

Weston’s place was super clean and just as described. I didn’t realize the upstairs had an open space overlooking the main living area, but that was probably my bad for not looking at the photos more in depth. This makes it a little difficult to use the living room area while putting children to sleep. The fenced-in yard and pet-friendliness are a huge bonus. The beach access is a little hike, but walkable. There was a book of local recommendations at the house, which was super helpful in navigating our options! We had a slight hiccup with the door and Weston answered the phone right away and helped us. The area feels safe and was very nice for a quick last-minute vacation. Instructions for checking out were super easy and Weston was great to work with even on a last minute basis. We would 10/10 recommend his place and look forward to staying again if we are ever in the St. Augustine area!

wonderful gem of vilano beach! literally steps away from the beach and about 15 minutes drive to downtown St Augustine. the only con (which was probably our fault for not double checking!) was that though the description does state that it's an open floor plan, we assumed the bedroom area was not included in that, which it is included - totally fine but with a toddler, not having a separate/ closed off space was a challenge. however, the closeness to the beach made up for it :) another nice touch was that the hosts have a few beach items at your disposal (like a sand bucket, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.) - we recommend!

We had a wonderful week. The place is a quick drive or walk to the beach! Great restaurants close by as well.

We started our little family vacation in Vilano Beach last year and decided to make it a yearly tradition. This house was perfect! It was a close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc! Lori also provides a very detailed book full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for walking the dog. The house was very accommodating for the pup as well. It was another fun filled vacation!
