El edificio tiene piscina abierta durante los meses de verano (mediados de junio hasta primera semana de septiembre), y zona de niños. Tiene supermercado a 100m, varios restaurantes y un parque justo en frente donde dar un paseo o poder practicar deporte. Zona tranquila y con transporte público directo al centro. De fácil acceso a IFEMA y próximo al aeropuerto.

The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Space for bikes at the entrance, little difficulty parking on the street.

Spacious suite on the ground floor, cozy and warm, very bright; with separate bathroom (shower tray, shampoo, gel and towels), bedroom with space for 2 or 3 people, desk, closet and bedding and living room with microwave and table for small meals. Breakfast and secure Wi-Fi included in the price. Garden with gazebo and barbecue available to customers. Located in a quiet village that is very well connected, with all services near Madrid, Toledo, Aranjuez, Escorial.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Forget the worries in this great home - it's an oasis of tranquility! A wonderful diaphanous apartment that has no lack of detail. It is located in a beautiful village 35km from Madrid. Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden out back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. Cozy 80m apartment, very bright, excellent views, within a residential complex with swimming pool, gym, paddle tennis court and children's area. Supermarkets and medical center a minute away. Very well connected by public transport (bus) at the door directly to Madrid (Moncloa) and to the train station with a direct connection to the airport. Five minutes walk to downtown Majadahonda with extensive restaurant services, banks, shops, parks etc.

Cozy little house at the foot of the mountains. Relax alone, as a couple, or in a group or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Enjoy the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and many possibilities right nearby for walking, cycling, or birdwatching in a wonderful environment. It has a terrace, an 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is good, there is a pool from June to October. Enjoy!

Temporary loft, next to Sierra del Guadarrama National Park, in a natural setting. On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue.
