You would be a 5-minute walk from the center of Villaz (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, bar, restaurant, supermarket 7 days a week...). You have private parking in front of the accommodation. Linens provided. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with quick access to the city (direct bus line to Annecy train station).

Nous serons très heureux vous faire partager ce spot exceptionnel implanté dans terrain arborisé, au bord de la rivière au bout de notre terrain. Annecy est à 5 mn en voiture et le lac/ vieille ville sont à 10/15 mn en voiture. les voyageurs disposent de beaucoup d'espace, d'une pergola avec cuisine d'été, et d’un tennis ! Cette roulotte Roumaine de 14 m2 habitables, a été réalisée artisanalement en Roumanie et offre tout le confort nécessaire (isolation, chauffage, salle de bain etc.)
