The house is located 5 minutes' walk from the Abbey of Saint Savin (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), 35 minutes from Futuroscope, 25 minutes from the Civaux nuclear power plant, 15 minutes from Chauvigny, with walking trails nearby and shops and restaurants.

Within walking distance (about 600 m) is the river Le Gartempe, where there are plenty of places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also indulge. Located 1 hour from the Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the Brenne parks, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or groups of friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels, bringing a contemporary touch while keeping the old world charm. The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is heated from June to September depending on the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

At the end of 2023, we completely restored an old barn into 2 studios (touching) that can accommodate up to 6 people. The 1st includes a bay window, 1 living area with TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen area, 1 sitting area with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet. the 2nd serves as a dormitory with 4 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet.

Le Hameau du Breuil, located in the heart of the Poitou countryside, on the doorstep of the Abbey of Saint-Savin (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), promises you serenity and authenticity. This unique place will allow you to rest and visit a region rich in heritage and activities (an exceptional abbey, the Futuroscope, the Gartempe valley...). The cottage has a natural pool (10x12m) of a vegetable garden, an organic orchard, a bocce court and a garden out of sight.

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Located south of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, 1 hour from Futuroscope.
