Apartment on the farm

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Chalet Passeier - Zoll [Customs] A house from 1635, with a lot of history, lovingly and carefully brought into the 20th century by the owners. Treat yourself to time with your loved ones. Chalet Zoll pampers you with a mixture of luxury and tradition that is important to us “Pseirer.” What could be better than sitting with a glass of wine in the old farmhouse parlor and playing cards or cuddling up on our stove bench and letting the day wind down. 

Quiet apartment in passive house with garden access#

Take it easy at this wonderful place. It is centrally located, yet quiet. Germany, Italy, Switzerland and many top ski resorts are within an hour's drive. The apartment is in a passive house with controlled living space ventilation. Infrared heating provides comfortable warmth. This apartment in a village with climbing, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing facilities offers the perfect vacation/home office for couples of all ages and families.

Weekend House

The comfortable apartment “Casa Weekend” is situated in Cagnò, a village in the Novella municipality in the beautiful Val di Non valley, which is a famous apple-growing area and perfect for hiking and biking. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a storage room for skis, digital terrestrial television and a children's bed.

Chalet Charlotte - our 2021 newly built vacation home (semi-detached house) in alpine style - has been furnished in a modern and very cozy style with great attention to detail. It offers plenty of space for warmth. Enjoyment with friends. Family. Pure nature. Mountain worlds. The chalet with its own sauna is located on the edge of Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a small, idyllic village between Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel.
