Located in a wooded village with basic services 200 m away (bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria, ...) Consisting of a dining room kitchen with sofa bed, shower room, separate toilet and a double bedroom. 10 min from the city center of Angoulême, 45 min from Cognac, 1 hr 15 min from the beach. Small terrace and possibility of secure parking for 2 cars.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
