Quiet and modern furnished private 55 m² apartment right next to the nature reserve in the Black Forest. The bright apartment with private garden including barbecue and seating/lounging offers space to relax. On-site activities: bike tours, archery course, water treading, hiking tours, farm shop and much more. Further shopping is 1.7 km away. The apartment is ideally suited for couples, solo travelers or good friends. It consists of a room with a double bed, a living and dining area, a new bathroom and a sunny balcony. The apartment is renovated, modern and well equipped. From the quiet residential area you can walk to the lake in 10 minutes, to the train station in 15 minutes and can therefore be ideally used as a starting point for any activities (e.g. with the Hochschwarzwald Card). Small bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven (without dishwasher, no microwave), living room with sofa, fast WiFi/WLAN, small TV, terrace with table and chairs. Sun loungers in the garden can also be used. For small guests: baby nest or mattress to lay on, high chair, etc. See pictures in the listing.

Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
