The half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 4 stylish vacation apartments and a converted barn. It is located in a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 100 meters from a beautiful bathing jetty, the lake landscape thus on the doorstep. The courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here & in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800m you are at the harbor with swing bridge and good restaurants, boat and bike rental.

The apartment is located in a converted barn with restored beams, which make up the special charm. It is located on the Mecklenburg Lake District and is ideal for hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling and boating. Nearby are the fish restaurant "Zur Forelle," a country inn, a fast food restaurant and a café. The surrounding cities, many museums and the monkey and bear forest are within easy reach. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

Farm vacation

Would you like to show your children what life on a farm is like or just relax for a few days? Then you've come to the right place. In the converted old pigsty there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a kitchen and large living area. In addition to 100 dairy cows, there are also cats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits on the farm. There are also many tractors and machines to admire. An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.

Peene House

Peene Hus: Our new project in Klein Köthel is now completely renovated. The cottage is situated on a large meadow very close to the Köthel stream, also called the small Peene. The old barn of the kate has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area. In the living room there is a large table, a cosy sofa next to the fireplace and direct access to the terrace and the garden.
