Landidylle in large with plenty of space and animals

Generous paradise surrounded by donkeys, sheep, lama, cat, forest, meadows and fields and still relatively close to Berlin. The apartment has 5 rooms (3 DB, 8 EB) and a Mongolian yurt (1DB, 2EB), two bathrooms with five showers, three toilets, a bathtub, an outdoor pool, a sauna, a huge living room (70 sqm) and a glasshouse kitchen (65 sqm). Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peace and relaxation with the family, families or a group the days is right here.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The house is designed to be as sustainable and enviromentally friendly as possible. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Charming farmhouse in Uckermark

The house is located on the outskirts of Bertikow, about 10 km south of Prenzlau and 5.5 km from Seehausen (train station). Ober- and Unteruckersee are nearby. Built in 1949 as a new farmhouse, it was carefully renovated in 2008-2013 and lovingly furnished. In the large garden are fruit trees and berry bushes. The bathing lake with sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. In 2021, we created a meadow for scattering fruit on our adjoining hectare of land

Our farm is idyllically located in a secluded location outside Thesenvitz, surrounded by fields and meadows, very large area (13,000 sqm) and completely fenced. The farm is very centrally located on Rügen, so that all highlights can be reached in a maximum of 45 minutes drive. The hotspots Binz or Sellin can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Beautiful natural beaches can be found north of Mukran in about 30 minutes drive.
