Sankt Unterholz

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 sqm of living space and 600 sqm of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, has been carefully and ecologically converted into a vacation and work oasis by us, and is ideal for simply unwinding, working together on projects, doing yoga, or simply doing nothing at all. The house is located on the outskirts of Bertikow, about 10 km south of Prenzlau and 5.5 km from Seehausen (train station). Ober- and Unteruckersee are nearby. Built in 1949 as a new farmhouse, it was carefully renovated in 2008-2013 and lovingly furnished. In the large garden are fruit trees and berry bushes. The bathing lake with sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. In 2021, we created a meadow for scattering fruit on our adjoining hectare of land

An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.
