Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

"Old soap factory"

The exquisite holiday loft was completed in 2010 and has sophisticated equipment. It is housed in a historic 18th-century storage building, in which a soap boilery was operated until the beginning of the 20th century. Situated in the middle of the old town, overlooking the 3 large churches of Stralsund, all attractions, such as the historic market squares, the town hall, the port, the ocean chamber or the marine museum are within walking distance.

The 60 sqm apartment consists of a large room with sleeping places for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an entrance area with washing machine. The apartment is good for families, couples and small groups. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a large property with many fruit trees and shrubs, old trees and natural meadow directly on the lake.
