This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Our apartment offers a beautiful place of relaxation in quiet surroundings. The skylights have a sun protection roller and separate fly screen roller; Kitchenette and separate dining table including sofa and armchair, bed are in one room, the courtyard garden invites you to linger. The small swimming beach is only 300 meters away, where the water landscape of the Müritz invites you to swim, paddle or take another boat tour. Day trips by car offer beautiful destinations.

A great place to stay, relax and truly unwind. The apartment is located close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebież with its beautiful yacht marina, surrounded by peaceful nature. The interior is spacious, bright and very comfortable, making it ideal for families or longer stays. We love animals and pets are very welcome. Szczecin is just a short drive away. After an active day, guests can light a bonfire, grill sausages. A swimming pool is available from 05/07 to 10/09

Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

"Old soap factory"

The exquisite holiday loft was completed in 2010 and has sophisticated furnishings. It is located in a historic storage building from the 18th century, in which until the beginning of the 20th century a soap factory was operated. Located in the middle of the old town, overlooking the 3 large churches of Stralsund, all sights such as the historic market squares, the town hall, the harbor, the Ozeaneum or the Maritime Museum are within walking distance.

Country loft on a lively seminar farm in nature

The 60 sqm apartment consists of a large room with sleeping places for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an entrance area with washing machine. The apartment is good for families, couples and small groups. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a large property with many fruit trees and shrubs, old trees and natural meadows directly on the lake.

Sleep in Stralsund's oldest warehouse, built on the city wall in the 15th century and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site! Located in the old town of Stralsund, between the town hall and the harbor, we offer you the opportunity to stay inexpensively in a nostalgic urban ambience. The former warehouse is equipped with a cool fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, 5 sleeping places, a couch corner with smart TV and bathroom.

This homely studio apartment on the ground floor with a combined living and sleeping area extends to 49 square metres for up to 2 people. The bay window in the living area has been cleverly integrated and now offers space to relax and unwind. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and the fully equipped kitchen makes the heart of every keen cook beat a little faster. This studio with a queen size bed measures 160x200 cm.

Large loft with private garden in the nature reserve

Knehden is idyllically located in a protected natural area, about five kilometers from Templin. In the area, not only cranes breed, but also sea eagles and ospreys. In addition, with a bit of luck you can discover otters, beavers and colorful kingfishers. The spectacle of the crane migration is particularly impressive in autumn. Three lakes are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

Super nice loft with lake property in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Free parking in the yard. Opposite is a wonderful beach but also in the yard I offer a bathing area.
