Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Sun lounger, view of the wide field, red sunsets, campfire... Anyone who associates these words with vacation will surely have a great time with us.

Listing description We, the Kenkel family, have been living in the old mansion from 1938 since 2006, which of Frl. Paula Rath was built as an economic house to Dammerstorfer Gut and sold in 1942 to the plane builder Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. Our 2ha farm is located on the L19 between Bad Sülze and Sanitz, about 20 km east of Rostock and 30 km from the Baltic Sea in the middle of a mixed forest about 600 hectares. The 3 approx. 150 sqm gr. We provide parking spaces for caravans etc..

NEW: with porch, hot water The "AbHänger" (approx. 20 m2) is located on our small Courtyard behind the barn, in a meadow under trees. A beautiful bathroom is just a few steps away. Depending on the situation, you will be greeted by Oskar the rooster, Leon our friendly but stormy Briard or Gismo the cat. Chickens usually run freely on the premises. Donkeys and goats graze on the adjacent pasture. Here, everyone can lose themselves in peace, just being here in this place.

Tachchen, I'm Manfred. I am a cozily expanded GDR brew and stand next to my colleagues Norbert and Herbert incredibly idyllic in the forest at the picturesque Zermützelsee. I belong to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, an artistic excursion restaurant with really delicious food. For nature lovers, forest walkers, lake bathers, in-der- sun loungers and fresh air shippers I am just the right thing. I am nicely and modernly furnished and actually have everything you ever need.

Caravan on a meadow orchard

Our approximately 5000 square meter, lovingly maintained orchard is located on the outskirts of town and is therefore a great place to relax and watch numerous birds. This is where the fox and the hare actually say goodnight to each other and in the morning you are woken up by the chirping of birds. On hot summer days you can enjoy shade under a beautiful canopy of leaves. Various seating areas, a grill, smoker and a fire pit are also available.

Relaxing holidays in a caravan

We invite you to relax in nature. Our cozy caravan stands alone on a large meadow. On our farm next door there are 2 cats and 1 English bulldog. She is very in need of love and is happy about every visitor, but is not allowed to go over alone in the meadow. Our rabbits love dandelions. We also have sheep with their lambs that are on the farm or near the farm depending on the food level. Several swimming lakes are right around the corner.

Idyllic accommodation for 1 to 6 people

For nature-loving, alternative-minded people, I offer accommodation in a caravan, camper van and converted construction trailer in the summer (May to September). Up to 6 people can stay here. A well equipped summer kitchen is available to all self caterers. Towels and duvet covers can be rented for €3 and €5, respectively, if needed. The final cleaning costs €10 per person and is due in cash upon arrival.

Enjoy a vacation on our orchard meadow in rural idyll. Here you can be for yourself and relax. The camper has a cozy sitting area overlooking the horse paddock, a small kitchenette, solar power and a double bed. In the nearby manor house (about 100 m) are the toilets and the shared bathroom as well as the possibility to use Wi-Fi. The extensive property with a park invites you to explore & relax.

Construction trailer in Uckermark

Our lovingly built construction trailer offers the perfect place to relax. The garden is spacious and very, very green. You can hear frogs and cranes, and in the evening you can see the bats. Grenz is quiet, untouched and in the middle of nature. The house where we share the kitchen, bathroom and dining room with you is approx. 400 meters from the trailer. There is also Wi-Fi.

Idyllically located in a 20-person village not far from Lake Kastdorf (1,4miles) Wooden sockets, wooden sinks and wooden toilets are something special. :-) Only the WiFi cable (fiber optic) is not made of wood. If you're looking for a relaxing place, this is the right place for you! Sauna directly at the wagon. 13.50 for one hour.
