Our holiday apartment is situated on a peninsula in a unique location – on one side, it is just 100 metres from Lake Neuwarp, and on the other side, it is only about 80 metres from the Szczecin Lagoon. There is a supermarket only about 500 metres from the flat. The beautiful city of Szczecin is located approximately an hour's drive from us.

Quiet country apartment in the heart of Uckermark

Our small, lovingly renovated 56sqm apartment is part of our old brick house (former bakery) located in a beautiful and nature rich corner of the Uckermark. It is an ideal starting point for small day trips - in the immediate vicinity there are several swimming lakes, bicycle and hiking trails, old villages and many other tourist offers. In our village of Flieth there is a small regional shop with organic products from local farmers and a nice pub with a beer garden.

Our guesthouse will be offered to you for the first time after several years of renovation work for rent from July 2019. The guesthouse is (50 meters) close to the harbor in our historic old town. In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax. The garden borders the field behind it. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the vicinity, interesting places can be explored. There are swimming lakes and tranquil places in nature. Cranes fly over the roof in autumn.

In my guest house, I offer people the opportunity to find themselves in a time-out. In a quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, on a property with many places to linger, you can relax - without having to sacrifice the comfort of an individual modern accommodation. The guest house consists of 2 residential units that are rented separately, the kitchen is shared. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (see house rules).

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Our apartment is 40 sqm large and separately laid out on the property. This is located in a popular residential area in Stralsund, from where the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of brought bicycles is possible.
