Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city centre is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes, you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. You can also arrive by train (it is about a 5-minute walk to the station). The nearest discount grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel at home in two rooms renovated in 2016. There is an opportunity to make up the bed.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
