Ferienhaus Eifelsphäre with Sauna and Hot Tub

The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Unser ehemaliger Bauernhof mit Traumblick liegt am Rande ein idyllisches Eifel-Dörfchen. Die zwei freistehende Holz-Ferienhäuser bieten Platz für insgesamt 18 Personen. Unsere sanierte Ferienwohnung "Hekla" bietet Platz für 2-3 Personen. Wohnung Hekla ist Teil vom Bauernhof-Haupthaus. Der Heidberghof liegt direkt am Waldrand. Es gibt kein Durchgangs-Verkehr. Auf dem Hof leben neben wir, eine holländische Familie, auch Islandpferde, Hunde, Katzen und Hühner.

For your comfort, bathrobes, flip-flops, bath towels, sauna towels are at your disposal.

Come visit us on the edge of the Westerwald (Rhine/Westerwald Nature Park) in the Sayntal and experience the charming apartment on a size of 75 square meters. The bright apartment, which was restored with a lot of natural materials and love, offers a high standard. With loving little touches and details, the apartment exudes a lot of coziness. This brand new outdoor accommodation, including private hot tub, since May 2022 is the perfect base for the real peace and nature lover, cyclist or hiker. In April 2023, this stay became even more unique due to the landscaped nature garden. Here you can enjoy everything nature has to offer in peace and quiet. Feel free to take a walk through here. Centrally located in the hills in relation to Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen and Aachen.
