A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

The eco-friendly cottage is situated in a peaceful setting, yet close to everything: the beach, the woods, the dunes, the mudflats, the nature reserve, and Hoorn's town center are all within walking distance. Our chalet is located on the edge of the lively coastal village of De Koog. A chalet is a modern "mobile home", not a cottage. There is room for up to 4 people. It is not suitable for families with very young children or baby's. A small but complete holiday home. The chalet has its own parking space and garden. The bus stops nearby and facilities are within walking distance. The access road (50 km/h) to and from the village is 25m from the chalet. Price per night excludes tourist tax.
