A lovely retreat surrounded by farm animals. Perfect to start/finish the first couple of legs from the Pieterpad.

It's a lovely quiet cottage. The terrace on the Erdwal offers beautiful views over the Drenth nature. For me as a nature photographer, there is a lot to discover directly in the area. The garden also offers sufficient privacy. I loved my stay.

Accurate listing photos and description! The welcome was very warm and especially flexible, just call Gerrit 10 minutes before being there! We were 6 friends and had a nice stay, very short, but enough to enjoy it! The beach is 15 min walk around and the campsite was very very quiet, we did not hear a noise during the stay. The cabin is one of the most remote with no close neighbors! Amsterdam is just a 30 min drive The only downside I can reproach is that it was indicated that there was everything available in the bathroom, unfortunately there was no shower gel, fortunately we had it and there is a convenience store at the entrance of the campsite! We had a wonderful time at The Floating Heaven in Epe. The cottage is comfortable and fully equipped, in the middle of a farm with farm animals A beautiful, quiet place where you can completely unwind. The welcoming host ensures a warm welcome. Highly recommended!

What a nice place to stay during this period. Everything is available, quiet and in the morning with your coffee in the sun. You can tell by the layout and design: what guests need has been thought about. Located between two natural parks and the Fochteloerveen, a 20-minute drive away, Diever is an ideal base for hiking. And also plenty of restaurants open now. Drenthe is on our list for repetition. Thanks Niek and Joke

We had a great time at this new, clean and very well-maintained place. The campsite is quiet, secure, ideal for relaxing. Peter and his wife are very friendly, available and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this place, we'll be happy to come back!

Had a nice stay with my two children. The chalet is well laid out, making it surprisingly spacious. Everything was neatly clean and tidy. The children had a good time in the chalet, but also in the small playground and on the football field. Franc and Marjolein provide a nice welcome and are there for you if needed! Recommended!

It was our first stay at this property and arrival, as well as check-in were straightforward and quick. Everything was clean and appropriately furnished. Since we arrived in the low season, everything was very empty and private in our area, which we really liked. The campsite itself is one of the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever experienced. A nice restaurant, a boat and bike rental are included and a great swimming pool with slides and play area. We had a great week and definitely want to come back. We had a wonderful time at the place! Everything was exactly as described – clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet and we felt comfortable from the first moment. My husband and I traveled with our four children, ages 8, 5, 3, and 11 months. This home was a paradise for them. The older kids loved the bunk beds and never had a shortage of toys and games to occupy their time. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the ducks and boats go by, and the cargo bike was so useful. The directions for check in were very clear, but I still don’t recommend doing it after dark. We had a little difficulty finding everything when we arrived. After that it was no problem. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The cottage is very nice with a nice terrace in front of the open doors. Lots of toys and outdoor toys for younger kids. Our children are 11 and 8 who were a little too old for it. Nice shower, good beds. It was also nice and warm inside. Everything is there, we didn't miss anything. Jurriaan was quick to respond to messages. And very nice that we were allowed to stay longer. It was a great weekend.

Our holiday at Peter’s place was one of the best we’ve lived. The location is a perfect spot for 2 people who desire a peaceful and quiet holiday. Imagine waking up to see a beautiful lake view with pretty boats and boathouses around. The real owners of the lake are very friendly fellows; ducks, swans and seagulls. We already missed feeding them from the little piar of the house. The porch is very comfortable and its top is closed. You may have a good time there although it rains without getting wet. The house is same as in the photos:Tastefully and practically decorated, comfortable, clean and cute. We loved inner and outer lighting options of the house which makes the place very warm and romantic. The heater works very well, never felt cold despite cold weather outside. Lastly, Peter is a very kind, helpful and hospitable guest. We felt like we’re home. We really wish to come back and stay in the future also to step into Peter’s boat and sail around Vinkeveen waterways with him.

We stayed with our 2 1/2 year old daughter in Sendis Charlet for 5 days and felt very comfortable. The communication with Sendi and the check-in went very well and smoothly. There was a cot, a high chair and toys on the terrace. The charlet's wagon was also very handy with toddler. The Charlet was exactly as described and the shower was even much larger than expected. The campsite is a great choice especially for parents with children. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area. All in all, we had a nice time and would recommend Sendi's place and also book again. Thanks

We felt very comfortable with two adults, two children and a dog in the lovingly furnished chalet. The beautiful terrace and the location on the water immediately ensured relaxation. The place was absolutely clean and Robert was quickly available for any questions. We will be happy to come back.
