In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Up there are a lot of games and toys in case the weather doesn't invite you to romp outside.

There is a shower and toilet in the farmhouse 20 steps away for your own use.

Comfortable garden house, quietly situated in our green, wild garden. Lots of privacy. And wonderfully cool in a hot summer! A nice place to enjoy the peace, the space and the nature. The Waddenland has a lot to offer, and you can reach the boat to Schiermonnikoog in fifteen minutes. The city of Groningen itself can also be reached within half an hour.
