Surrounded by greenery, and a big park that can be accessible through a side gate for morning walks or exercise. You'll find ample eateries, public transport, shopping centers and supermarket all within walking distance. 10 mins drive from the beach. There is a big deck, BBQ and heated pool for the warmer months.

There are 2 other families living on the property however even the shared spaces are very quiet. 15 minutes walk to Onetangi beach and restaurants, 5 mins walk to food shop and bus stop.

Separate bedroom, bathroom, living area incl. smart TV and a kitchenette. The photos are not our best work because we hopeless photographers! 1 km from the main village Oneroa, 2km from ferry and closest sandy beach, Little Oneroa, with dairy and takeaways is 500m. Electric blanky in winter for snuggling up!
